TexComputer Controllers are programmable interfaces for CNC and automation purposes with a very high degree of precision control. POWER D
Power D is the most powerful Axis controller with PLC and HMI integrated based on a high level RISC processor at 264 Mhz which interfaces to a non-volatile RAM at high speed and parallelism. The Motion Control section, which manages up to 24 interpolated axis, uses a Look Ahead function to execute pre-processing of the axis trajectories in order to obtain high performances. Thanks to the calculation power of this axis controller which integrates PLC and Operator panel, it is possible to control complex machines as transfer working centres with simultaneous processing up to 6 executive independent channels as in Robotics and in all the fields of Industrial automation where high performances and accuracy are requested

POWER U
Power U is a powerful Axis controller with PLC and HMI included, based on a high level RISC processor running at 264 Mhz 32 bit interfaced to a non-volatile high speed RAM. The Motion Control task, which manages up to 12 interpolated axes, is able to execute axes trajectories performing high performances of movement. This features permit to use better mathematical libraries for 32 bit or 64 bit Floating Point calculations necessary for advanced Motion Control and CNC functions. POWER J
Power J is the new axes controller with PLC and HMI included based on a powerful RISC processor working at 132 Mhz 32 bit interfaced to a non-volatile high speed RAM. Coming from Power P it confirms that a PAC controller with compact dimensions allows designers of automatic machines to have powerful Motion control, PLC and HMI functions at a good price. Its reduced dimensions permit HMI configurations from 7” to 15”.

Power L is the smallest and cheapest controller of the Power family. It includes Motion Control, PLC and Operator panel with lcd color touch screen (HMI) available in 5.7” VGA and 7” WSVGA. It’s based on a powerful RISC processor working at 132 Mhz 32 bit interfaced to a non-volatile RAM at high speed. Thanks to its wide connectivity CANopen, Modbus (both serial and TCP/IP) and Ethernet (in Client/Server, FTP or WEB server mode) it offers automatic machine designers powerful performances at very convenient prices.

POTENCIA Z
Power Z is the new, compact and price friendly controller of the Power family. It includes simple and basic functions of Motion Control, PLC and a 7” WSVGA color touch screen operator panel. Its structure includes a powerful dual core RISC 264 Mhz processor. Thanks to the digital and analog I/O and to its wide connectivity like CANopen, Modbus RTU and Ethernet (in Client/Server, FTP or WEB server mode) Power Z is suitable for applications where it’s necessary to contain costs maintaining high performances. Connectivity offers the opportunity to supervise and control functions of machines and plants with also the possibility to collect data on field from different kinds of sensors. Connectivity, besides being price friendly, allows designers to start a new technological development of machines considering the quick diffusion of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) due to the progressive execution of the European strategic plan Industry 4.0.
